Recruited internally and managed up to 15 interns in the execution of hands-on projects such as preparing and distributing materials around the work place, setting up workstations, and mic-running during presentations. Archived over 100 filed in preparation for the temporary relocation of the organization. Researched 130 Twitter accounts in order to prepare the Vice President of the Democracy, Rights and Justice for social media engagement.Wrote a blog post about the importance of accessible internship opportunities.

Facilitated logistical support for Summer Institute, a month long teacher-training, where 100+ teachers and administrators collaborate to prepare for the following year. Partnered with senior members of the development department to develop marketing materials to improve fundraising efforts. Analyzed employee data of over 120 employees to develop a longevity report for the human resources department. Prepared over 30 classrooms with the proper furniture and equipment for operations over the next school year.

Developed and conducted youth empowerment themed workshops with youth throughout Cape Town and Durban, South Africa. Documented the trip to South Africa by conducting interviews, recording, and editing a promotional video for the YMCA’s Global Teen program, through their Press Corps program. Guided 17 youth ambassadors from the Haiti YMCA for five to seven days; toured NYC while facilitating and completing workshops on leadership and service.
