I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, driven by my passion for learning about technology, especially recent trends in the industry. Prior to my current studies, I served as a Special Advisor (ICT) to the CEO of the NPS. In this role, I leveraged my expertise in IT service management, artificial intelligence, and business strategy to enhance the organization's digital transformation and innovation. With more than six years of experience in this position, I contributed to multiple projects that improved the postal service's efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.Before this, I worked as a Senior Local Search Consultant at bfound.io in Dubai, UAE, following the completion of my MBA in General Management from Canadian University Dubai in 2017. At bfound.io, our goal was to increase the online presence and visibility of local businesses.Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) in North Cyprus, after which I took on an Infrastructure Specialist role at Inter-Banking and Payment Settlement Systems. I have experience in data center and network administration, hold a CompTIA A+ certification, and am a member of the Computer Science Industry Club.
