Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future guests, as well as, FBO partners and their guests and employees. Develops business and retains and provides services to guests.

- Serves as administrative assistant to the Director of Food Service, and the Food Service Manager(s)- Provide a wide variety of administrative and clerical works involved in the overall operation of the fining facility.- Prepares monthly reports for turn in to Installation Food Advisor.- Ensures all headcount documents are closed out, annotated, and filed appropriately.- Reviews menus, work sheets and recipes and determines type and quantities of items required for number of persons to be served and recipe requirements.- Performs weekly and monthly inventories and ensures accountability is kept within tolerance limitations.- Upon identification of discrepancies, coordinates with staff members of the dining facility and personnel performing headcount duties, as appropriate, for clarification or for additional information.

- Run day-to-day operations of the restaurants under Patina, including overseeing personnel, ensuring that the facilities are properly maintained, taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction and overseeing the upkeep of administrative and financial records.- Planning and strategizing smart marketing such as creating the menus and business cards.- Resolve any discomfort the guest may have experienced due to the lack of customer service
