Currently responsible for Production, Process Engineering & Utilities at Amway Nutrilite do Brasil, having previously held the position of Quality Manager. Already worked in the implementation of projects with multidisciplinary teams from different countries, with emphasis on the development of new businesses & products, achieving records in performance, productivity, quality, and safety. My mission is to lead the construction of a better society, from the multiplication of talents in myself and in the people around me, recognizing and respecting individualities, acting with discipline, meekness and humility. My team and colleagues evaluate me as strongly committed to the business, committed to the development of the team, attentive and inspiring. I'm part of the leadership team that, for 7 consecutive years, has contributed to the achievement of the GPTW award as one of the best places to work for in Brazil.
