As Chief of Party, I provided strategic vision, management and direction to the USAID/OFDA-funded Malawi Livestock for Resilience (L4R) project. The project strengthened the livestock productive capacity and livelihood asset base of 6,000 vulnerable households (30,000 individuals) in Dowa and Ntchisi Districts of Central Malawi. Specifically, I led and was responsible for: i. Successful implementation of the project and achievement of results on time and within budget ii. Effective management of project workload including financial, planning, administrative compliance and reporting, motoring and evaluation iii.
