As the Community Program Manager for Factored.ai, I lead the creation and management of LATAM Data, a community for data enthusiasts in Latin America. In just six months, LATAM Data has grown to over 500 members, and our engagement rates are consistently above industry benchmarks.Using metrics from the Common Room app, we track key performance indicators such as:Monthly active users: Our community has seen a steady increase in monthly active users, with a 15% growth rate month over month.Engagement rate: Our engagement rate is consistently above industry benchmarks, with an average of 65% of our members engaging with our content each month.Retention rate: Our community has a retention rate of 75%, indicating that members are finding value in our community and choosing to stay.In addition to community management, I am also responsible for analyzing community sponsorship opportunities and organizing events. So far, I have organized three successful events, each with over 100 attendees and positive feedback from participants. My attention to detail and strong project management skills have enabled me to deliver events that meet the needs of our community while staying within budget and achieving our goals.

To continue in its mission to build capacity within the ICANN multistakeholder model, this program seeks to create a broader and more diverse base of knowledgeable constituents.Priority is given to candidates currently living in underserved and underrepresented communities around the world, those who represent diversity of gender, sector, region, experience, and expertise, and/or have established financial need.
