Avito (ex-OLX Group) is the world's #1 classified, with 75M+ MAU and $1.2B in revenue in 2023.Additions to My Role:▶︎ Implementing more "horizontal" solutions impacting all of Avito's verticals (75M+ MAU), extending beyond the Real Estate vertical (38M MAU): Demonstrating exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.▶︎ Contributing to product and design strategies and vision, playing an active role in backlog prioritization and quarterly planning, fine-tuning processes, and facilitating team activities.▶︎ Serving as a design advocate: Sharing expertise internally through mentoring and externally by contributing articles to the official Avito blog (13K+ subscribers), bolstering Avito's HR brand.Key Achievements:★ Unleashed the full potential of Saved Searches, the core retention feature across all Avito verticals (75M+ MAU). Achieved a remarkable up to 50% increase in saved searches by revamping the CTA, making it accessible and clear. Boosting awareness also fortified the bottom of the funnel, resulting in 5% fewer people deleting saved searches and 5% more opening push notifications.★ Successfully revamped the Real Estate Main Page (11M+ MAU) with remarkable outcomes: optimized navigation for a 1.5% increase in filtered searches, leading to higher search results conversions; implemented efficient CTAs for services, resulting in up to 500% individual CTR boosts and over 300% more combined traffic; introduced innovative personalization, increasing CTR of page content by 50%. As a result, achieved a 5% increase in the number of buyers (users who contact ads) and a 7% increase in ad contacts.
