Hi there! My name is Victoria and I’m an energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated professional with a broad range of experience in customer service, team management, staff development, and training. The truth is I’m obsessed with customers. I realized that each and every member of the organization has an impact on customer experience. And this is the part where I’m most capable of doing as I take customer service to heart–whether I’m in a client-facing role or not. It’s for this reason that I thrive working in a collaborative yet fun environment. It’s an understatement to say that I love working with a passionate team who relentlessly gives 101% to achieve common goals and make the lives of the people we serve better. By working together as a team, we’re making sure that we create the best possible experience for our customers.In the same vein, I find pleasure in working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to operationalize and continuously improve processes and workflows. In the last two years, I had the opportunity to work in Australia where I held managerial roles. These roles allowed me to expand my skill set as well as demonstrate my advanced leadership skills. It was an entirely unique and satisfying experience for me to live and work in a foreign country all the while navigating the unprecedented pandemic. With a thorough and analytical mind, I’m able to solve challenges by thinking out of the box. The more complex the situation is, the more driven I am to find a pragmatic and efficient solution. Outside of work, you’d see me hiking the Colorado mountains with my husky, Odin, or in my kitchen trying to perfect Julia Child’s boeuf bourguignon.
