I am currently a senior studying Mechanical Engineering always searching for a challenging environment where I can collaborate with others and strengthen my technical skills. As a lifelong musician, the arts has always been an important part of my life, and I believe that the arts and sciences go hand in hand with one another. The design of products and tools to advance our future has a special aura of creativity and artistry that takes a certain skillset to master. I believe that my experiences of working with people in the arts and with objective constraints and systems in engineering gives me a unique perspective and set of skills to bring to the table in a constantly developing world. Acoustics is one area that intrigues me specifically, and I’d love to gain experience with sound and vibrations from an engineering perspective and have an impact on peoples’ everyday lives through it.
