I would like to introduce myself, my name is Victoria Murray, and I am anPrivate / Executive Chef. I am at a point in my career where I would like to expand myknowledge and experience within the executive / personal chef and catering industry.My past experience has allowed me to work in various settings and build myprofessional and personal skills from your next-door neighbor type of clients to highprofile clients such as professional athletes.At this time I do reside in Florida but I would like to see wheremy skills take me. I have astrong passion for what I do and I love to see my clients experience a part of life throughthe taste of my passion which is food! My accomplishments encompass the planning,structuring, and implementation of strategies that have set the stage for a lot of mysuccesses. I attribute a good deal of my success to my professional integrity, hands onattitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Throughout my career as an executive chef Ihave had professional experience in a wide range of settings and have the culinarytraining and knowledge in a number of cuisines such as, but not limited to,Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian, and Healthy cooking.I am exceptionally skilled at putting my own style on traditional dishes, creatingnew combinations and experimenting with new flavors while being careful not tocompromise the freshness and originality of the food I prepare.With a working experience of 36 years as an executive chef, 27 years as aprivate/personal chef I am a highly qualified and experienced out of the box chef, with aproven ability to produce quickly under pressure without sacrificing quality. Amidst mymotivation, enthusiasm, and talent I believe I would be a valuable asset to any family or organization.
