Prepare and analyze customer requests, work with Solutions Engineers to configure customer solutions, develop custom quotes and Bill of Material's for Sales, and manage the quotation process.

Responsible for the acquisition of materials needed for production, general supplies for office including computer equipment and infrastructure. Responsibilities:• Negotiate part cost and contracts• Seek/Establish Vendors for product • Negotiate price & terms• Work with suppliers on quality and continuous improvement initiatives to lower costs• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries• Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders • Responsible for ensuring all purchasing activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.• Forecast upcoming demand and plan accordingly• Liaison with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
