I was a PMO Manager in the Central PMO team, which oversaw the Budget and Executive reporting across all Digital Customer Journeys.Led restructuring of Business Implementation Readiness Report and required content, in consultation with Readiness Partners, PMO leads and PMs. Set up and chaired cross-stakeholder workshops to rework and build out the requirements of the report to make it more relevant to Digital implementations, and more digestible for teams to complete on time, as delivery release cycles were becoming shorter.

The project also contemplated major management change, with one of the departments owning and managing the others.
