Engineering Software Test Solutions on a small Software Development team.

In addition to the typical responsibilities as a QA tester, I managed a group of 10 - 30 testers in a combined testing effort for our product. I created and assigned tasks and organized their execution. I assessed where testing resources would be most valuable and enacted those changes. I ensured that both my lead and our Client were perfectly aware of our progress at any given time and ensured that their expectation were met or exceeded as fast and thoroughly as possible. I wrote reports on our Daily Progress, the daily BAT/BVTs, and other testing initiatives that went through our team. I managed, maintained, and oversaw the creation of testing tools and documents that increased productivity and promoted efficiency.

Analyzed software for bugs. Wrote accurate bug reports through Product Studio and sent them to developers and producers of the specific software being worked on. Enacted and Completed Test Passes and had a flexible schedule regarding tasks. Organized and help lead team members to complete Build Verification tests and sent out reports indicating the collective results.

Tested a various number of games that were submitted to Nintendo to ensure that each title adhered to the client's Certification, Compliance, and Compatibility system guidelines. Helped in the process for creating said guidelines and supported the decision by leading or participating in many administrative support teams dedicated to internal communication, training, and peer review.

Ensured that the grounds were clean and orderly. Ensured that customers were satisfied with their shopping experience and provided a general support role within the company.
