Victoria’s practice focuses on family financial matters; cohabitation and trusts of land; and proprietary estoppel. She also undertakes Schedule 1 cases, Inheritance Act claims and civil work such as commercial and contractual disputes, easements and other property disputes.She is instructed in High Court, Family Court (sitting both in the County Courts and CFC) and County Court matters. She also represents parties in private FDRs, mediations and arbitrations.
