Working in one of Northern Ireland’s busiest restaurants allowed me to gain experience of how the fast food industry works. Working as part of a team has allowed me to gain experience of team working as well as how to communicate with others to ensure that the customers were completely satisfied. One main skill I gained whilst working here was effectively upselling items, which resulted in me selling the most desserts during the month of August.

Whilst working during these games I had to communicate with people from all over the world, many of whom did not speak English.
