HCM Implementation Specialists are responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their Infinisource iSolved solution. As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution, with a primary focus on HR and payroll business processes.Duties and Responsibilities:• Leads new customers through iSolved implementations, ensuring the customer's employee data, payroll, and HR business processes are configured accurately.• Creates and manages project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.• Partners with other Infinisource teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.• Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.• Prepares customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the Implementation process.• Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.• Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
