We highlight the outstanding delivery and achievements of all delivering staff. We support NVQ's and workplace provisions within HMP to increase employability, reduce recidivism and engage in meaningful activity prior to and upon release. We run a successful Scholarship programme for recommended achievers into higher level qualifications and into the community (Level 3 PT; Exercise Referral; Level 4 courses) Staff training in HMP has led to the successful completions with teacher and assessor training; upgrading of technical delivery qualifications; support with development into higher level qualifications. We are available on a consultancy basis to assist with the development of provision within Establishments, and look to work with partners in a meaningful and collaborative way.Our primary aim is to ensure the quality provision to all of our learners, through the consistent support of staff and supplying necessary training needs. We work directly and confidently with YMCA Awards, the leading sports awarding body, and are constantly growing through effective action planning. We are a YMCA Awards Platinum Partner - recognised for the quality and commitment to engaging delivery. Our support with known charitable programmes has enhanced our reputation for being advanced in the development of unique training programmes for harder to reach persons and intervention.
