• Daily line tour for each line in Zhengzhou factory for downtime recording and data analysis on Tableau which help on automation trouble shooting and help team to identify major issue and focus.
• Base on Python and Tableau data analysis to drive process decisions, Integrate the mass production data of each sites ( Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, Xiangtan, etc.), analysis the downtime and tossing main issue for constant.
• Help on process standard operating procedure audit, improve the internal and external logistics cycle time of Taiyuan sites;
• Work with Manufacture Quality Engineers and venders to drive yield improvement through analyses of part quality and statistical process control, especially the Pre-ALT yield from 95% to 97%;
• Join team co-design and debug IMP system, which’s base on trace and external data designed for factory production monitoring.
• Further automation output/UPH (units per hour) MP data analysis to help team on 2024 project OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) target evaluation.

• Quality Assurance Fundamentals: CarPlay functional test, debug;
• Collection and synthesis of data - gathering data internally from systems as well as customer data and utilize that data to help better processes and testing areas.
• Base on China market to support the team with test coverage;
