I worked in a lab in the Department of Transfusion Medicine at the Clinical Center. I collected and analyzed manufacturing data of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells (CAR T Cells). I specifically looked at the impact that vector copy number, disease type, transduction efficiency, and the two viral vectors (retro and lentiviral) had on the manufacturing process of CAR T Cells.
