Coordination of Technical duties

I. Reporting directly to the Managing DirectorII. Coordination of all technical activities/operations.

I. Involves Reporting directly to the Production Manager.II. Develop specific, practical maintenance engineering objectives. Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Assembles, and tests parts as needed, such as various pumps, valves, compressors, experimental fire equipment, and other mechanical system parts using metal fabricating tools, common hand tools, power tools, and welding torches. Make requisition for equipment, materials, and supplies. Define maintenance engineering’s role in terms of maintenance strategy development and deployment. III. Supervision of duties in the Technical/Production Department.IV. Facility Inspection, Corrosion Control, Monitoring of flows and levels of crude in storage facility tanks. Calculation of product quantity, monitoring of pumps, compressors, and manual dipping of tanks. Servicing and maintenance of flow meters, process valves and equipment for clients such as; Sahara Energy, BJ Services, Tenaris, ExproTech, etc.V. Schedules and performs routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Manager. Inspects and maintains all tools in excellent condition and meeting maintenance engineering’s objectives built solely around how to constantly improve how maintenance gets done better - better being: higher uptime, higher processing rates, better quality of product, lower cost and other assigned duties.VI. Supervise the maintenance of Process measurement and control devices at both workshops, onshore and offshore oil facilities.VII. Maintain cordial relationship with clients and contractors.
