I am responsible for modeling 3D elements using CATIA, focusing on plastic components for vehicles. I carry out detailed structural analyzes through CAE, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the materials used. I also work on mesh modeling using ANSA software, optimizing preparation for simulations. My role includes continuous interaction with global and multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration between different areas to achieve high-quality technical solutions and innovation in automotive projects.

As a structural researcher, I had the opportunity to join the TVM (Total Value Management) team at FORD, contributing significantly to cost reduction. During this period, leading the development of an innovative product from conception to implementation, my responsibilities included conducting benchmarking, analyzing requirements, carrying out testing and CAE analysis, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, both national and international. In the CAE area, I was able to perform analyzes such as diagonal distortion, door slam and mainly full body durability (structural and welding), which I carried out tirelessly to understand the variation in performance of the project car for changing materials/thickness and also for other car models to continue developing in this field.An essential part of my work involves effective communication and negotiation with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives. To perform these activities efficiently, it was crucial to master software such as Teamcenter, Fdynam, Abaqus, Excel, WERS, CATIA, among others.

During this period, I assumed responsibilities in carrying out specialized services in maintenance and installation of fire fighting systems, in addition to applying and instructing on Regulatory Standards (NRs). I also performed general maintenance on motor equipment, demonstrating technical skills and commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

I played an active role in maintenance and planning activities, contributing significantly to operational efficiency by providing assistance in the maintenance of hydraulic pumps. Furthermore, I was an integral part of the team involved in organizing and solving problems, applying management tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, What if and Ishikawa Diagram, among others.
