I have a Master of Food Technology (MFT) degree from the University of Georgia and multiple certifications in FSSC 22000 and RedZone.With over 20 years of broad-based management experience, including 10+ years in the food industry and 5 years in the military, I have a proven track record of leading R&D, Stage Gate, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. I have also gained extensive production and product formulation experience, delivering high-quality and compliant products to meet customer needs and expectations. My mission is to ensure Thermo Pac's excellence in food technology, quality, and sanitation.
