Intersex transgender woman and passionate human rights defender based in Brasília, Brazil. With eight years of diverse experience, I've thrived in roles as a researcher, professional, and advocate, specializing in international human rights law. From national institutions and international organizations to grassroots movements and academic research groups, my operational and programmatic expertise lies in securing resources, amplifying voices, and driving positive change, particularly for LGBTI+ communities in the global South. I've spearheaded successful fundraising campaigns, developed impactful advocacy strategies, managed complex projects with a focus on community building, and fostered collaboration and positive outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders. I am the first trans person to earn a Master's in Political Science from the University of Brasilia, as I bridge the gap between academic research and real-world advocacy, fueling my passion for building a more equitable future for all.
