• Responsible for Planning, Conducting and Reviewing risk assessments for Hazardous operations in plant (E.g., Die cast machines, Furnace, ETP Process, Heat exchanger area operations, Boiler area, Cooling towers, LPG Bullet, Diesel Storage areas, Chemical Reactors, construction activities (e.g. Working at height, confined space etc.,)• Responsible for coordinating the Statutory safety audits, Internal Audits, ISO Audits and Customer audits (E.g., IS 14489 audit, ISO 45001 audits, OE&M Audits etc.)• Responsible for Preparing checklists for safety inspections, Planning and coordinating and reviewing the regular Safety inspections in the plant• Responsible for preparing and reviewing the Safety manuals• Experience in conducting JSA / JHA for different operations in plant and guiding the management w.r.to safety 1. Conducted machine safety audit for around 150 machine ( Die-casting machine , Tower melting furnace, Press machine , CNC Machines , Leak test machines and press machines) 2. Conducted Electrical risk assessment for 33KVA transformer.• Experience in conducting Accident Investigations by using Why-Why Analysis, 4 M analysis and IS 3786• Responsible for preparing, maintaining statutory records in the plant (E.g., PCB Records, Statutory records and registers mentioned in the Factories Act, PESO, Boiler Act etc.,)• Liaising with fire officer for fire NOC• Responsible for measurement of safety performance weekly, monthly and annually and reporting to the Plant Head & Corporate Heads (E.g., Safety & Environment leading and Lagging indicators)• Conducting 5S audits, PPE Adherence audit, LOTO Adherence Audit, Machinery specific, Electrical and Fire Safety audits in the plant and reporting the observations, preparing CAPA and reporting to Plant Head• Responsible for periodical updating of Onsite Emergency Plan, Conducting Mock Drills, Fire Drills in the plant• Responsible for planning and conducting safety training as per annual safety calendar.
