• Managing Everyday operations for MPLS, VPN and Hosted Customers. • Documenting and Managing Customer configurations as part of network team. • Implementation & troubleshooting of F5 Load balancer, firewall, Routing and Switching issues. • Responsible for implementing the firewall related changes to the client’s service requests, in accordance with security approval via proper change management • F5 Load Balance Servers, SSL offloading and Polling Configurations as per customer requirement. • Configuring & troubleshooting protocols like OSPF, RIP, BGP and operation Maintenance.• Firewall Administration: Configuring Firewall Rules as per customer requirement.• Site-Site VPN Connectivity – Setup and Troubleshooting.• Providing technical solutions to resolve the issues. • Configuring of LTM configuration objects like virtual servers, pools, profiles, different load balancing methods. • Configuration, support and troubleshooting of LTM & GTM objects.• Monitoring application health with Layer 3, Layer 4, and Layer 7 monitors.• Configuring IPSEC tunnels for VPN customers in cisco ASA. • Implementation & troubleshooting of VLANS, high availability solutions like FHRP’s (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP) Ether Channels, ACL’s, NAT, PAT etc.,• Configuring VLAN Trunking Protocol and Troubleshoot and identify problems in STP, RSTP, PVSTP, MSTP.
