Project Title:Planning of an automatic device/system.Objectives:(1) To plan a process for automation.(2) Study the automation technology.(3) Applying the plan of process for the suitable automation technology.(4) Programming the setup to carryout the process as planned.Work done:(1) Me and my team learnt several optical and proximity sensors which we have used in the setup to guide the signals we have to feed into it. (2) PLC module is used to operate the sensor and further the conveyor belts.(3) The major part of the project is to write a PLC program so to perform the desired operation of the setup.Abilities Learnt:(1) Team management.(2) Team work.(3) Project Planing.(4) Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.(5) PLC programming.
