Played multiple roles within the Programme - acted as Business Analyst, Configurator, Product Owner, UATLead and Project Manager. Collaborated with Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, IT and Support functions for the delivery andimplementation of the product for 35 countries and travelled to Hong Kong, Middle East to provide hands onsupport during UAT and Go-Live. Produced several artifacts such as the Business Requirement Document, Stakeholder Analysis Document,RACI Matrix, Value Tree, Investment Feasibility document, Change and Implementation Plan, UAT Approachand Planning and Post Implementation Review Document to realize the benefits derived from theProgramme. As a Business Analyst, drafted the Business Requirements and ensured the requirements werecomprehensible to Technology teams to develop as stated by the Business stakeholders. As the Configurator, implemented workflows through a Workflow Tool to automate processes for theOperations teams to seamlessly work on tasks received. As the Product SME, provided product demos to Senior Stakeholders and several focus groups globally to help understand the TO-BE process.Improved the involvement of the Business users during the User Acceptance Testing phase through effective planning and by producing a number of supporting materials during the UAT Phase. Evaluated and managed the risks or issues identified during the course of the Programme and effectively tracked them to closure so as to ensure there were no breaches given that the Programme had a regulatory impact. Managed and supported Business risk and worked towards developing a strategic solution. Provided demos and training to a larger group of users to ensure the change has successfully landed.

 Collaborated with Clients and managed the end to end product implementation of the Corporate BankingProducts - the Internet Banking solution providing a host of commercial banking products such as Payments and Trade. Translated stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverable such as the Business Requirement Documents supported by Workflow/Process Flow diagrams. Contributed towards customization of Corporate Internet Banking product based on industry’s best practices and also through feedback received from the bank’s customers. Provided product related advice to the Relationship Managers which in turn helped in securing business for ICICI Bank. Evaluated dependencies and risks related to the implementation of the Programme. Managed and supported Business risks and worked towards developing a strategic solution. Facilitated discussions between the Relationship Managers and the Bank’s customers and provided technical and functional advice on the best possible solution.

Participated in 4 key projects and accountable for implementing some cutting edge Retail Banking products like 3-D Secure and IMPS. Worked alongside Solution Integrators to implement Oracle EBS Suite that replaced several legacy Accounting systems for the Bank and in turn providing a suite of options in one platform.

Implemented ISO standards for one of Infosys’s large clients. This involved several Process improvements to bring about efficiency and cost saving within the Operations Team. Responsible for accumulating data to formulate the key areas of improvement in the processes that resulted in high turnaround time in terms of customer resolution.
