DESMET BALLESTRA, with DESMET STOLZ (Vietnam) as one of its branches, has been providing powder and grain processing and bulk handling equipment to industrials on an international scale for over 60 years.As Design Engineer at STOLZ VIETNAM, my main responsibilities are:- Design machines following customer requirements: Bucket Elevator, Turbo Sifter, Screw Conveyor, etc., mainly using SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal and Weldments- Produce full 2D drawings for machine fabrication and installation.- Make reports on manufacturing progress of the machine that I designed.- Write/prepare equipment technical documents (installation, operating guidelines, spare parts, etc.)

Clover Vietnam Co., Ltd. is part of Clover Technologies Group, an Illinois/USA based American company and world’s leading supplier of printer cartridges. As Process Engineer, Clover Vietnam R&D Dept., my main responsibilities are:- Create drawing of printer cartridges components for self-manufacturing- Inspect purchased components from vendors to make sure they meet required standards.- Design new product packaging and shipment utilities: carton box, pallet, etc. With new my designs (which is still currently being used after I had left), more printer cartridges can be packed in one shipment.- Design recycling processes of various types of printer cartridges: Brother, Hp, Canon, Samsung, etc.- Create and modify instruction documents for manufacturing processes (DMI - Detailed Methods Instructions).- Work in a team of 3 engineers, monitoring and taking appropriate intervention to ensure the smooth operation of recycling process.

The company’s main product is Hospital Bed.I got the internship here for 3 months and then continuous working here while I'm finishing study at the University.As an intern and fresher (engineer), I took part in almost all making processes of the company’s product:- In charge of purchasing raw materials, tools/equipment- Part of the quality control team of the components/ machinery parts provided by outsourcing vendors.- Worked on fabrication processes such as drilling, threading, grinding, milling, metal cutting, product painting, CNC operator, etc.- Also worked as member of Product Quality Control Team
