CeoClean Earth Goods Sep 2016 - PresentWashington, Dc, UsAfter returning from a transformative trip abroad I was motivated to make personal and professional changes to be more sustainable. With growth in the plastic/styrofoam disposables industries abroad, widespread plastic pollution is a serious environmental and health issue. In an effort to bring awareness to alternatives here at home I started Clean Earth Goods so that we could bring eco-friendly, practical and beautiful alternatives to the disposables industry. Our first products are compostable and biodegradable dinnerware sourced from India. 0 trees are harmed and no additives are used, we simply reshape fallen leaves and clean them to make a truly natural product. We sell in the DC metro area, on Amazon and through our Shopify storefront www.cleanearthgoods.com -

Sr. Product ManagerAngi Dec 2018 - May 2021Denver, Co, UsOwned mobile growth metrics to drive massive adoption, a principal goal for 2020 and 2021. Spiked growth of the consumer apps via aggressive A/B testing (including fake door) and both push/pull tactics and reported to the CPO and CEO directly. Co-winner of a hackathon project in 2020 to drive mobile growth and increase conversion rate on the core web funnel. In 2021 I co-led a biweekly innovation workshop and co-hosted the hackathon for the company. To help facilitate safer quoting during early COVID in April 2020 I recruited volunteers from across various teams to create an MVP integration video calling into the Pro and Consumer apps within 2 sprints. In 2019, coordinated a successful multi-team (HomeAdvisor web, mobile, customer service, Angie's List, and algorithm teams) 10 month effort to shift core monetization experience from auto match to pros to self selected choice of pros to select from, a departure from the core model of ~19 years. De-risked with experimentation, smoke testing and market testing before a nationwide launch. This was a highly visible #1 priority for the company that year that impacted the primary revenue streams. -

Head Of Growth And Special ProjectsTalklocal Oct 2011 - Feb 2016San Francisco, Ca, UsI had been involved with TalkLocal, formerly Seva Call, since its inception and was hired as Employee #1. I was brought on to ask the tough questions, solve problems, and lead initiatives, any title wouldn't have been necessary. Over my time there I had hired, trained and led the sales team [15+ inside sales people to thousands of registrations], SEO team [published 5 articles/day and city launches every 2 weeks], business development [fostered deals with market leading search engines], quality assurance, customer service teams and more. Typically, I would lead the team from 0 to 1 and then rotate into a different department or role. During rotations as a Product Manager I managed v2.0 of the core Interactive Voice Response System, UX for our in house CRM tool for 2.3 million companies, web widgets for integrating the service into top global search engines, launching our 1st Android and iOS apps and pursuing an overhaul to our core proprietary algorithm. With the algorithm changes, were were awarded a patent. With intention, there was little left untouched. My final role at TalkLocal was Head of Business Development. I was focused on connecting with industry leaders at nationwide. Often attending national "local search" and marketing conferences, leveraging in-depth knowledge of TalkLocal to identify potential partnerships, evaluate opportunities for mutual benefit, propose partnership strategy and manage relationships afterwards. -
