This is a Contract position with I-Exceed here I was working for Arab bank as JS Lead. Here I have learnt Appzillon which is an internal tool developed by I-Exceed for developing the bank's customised requirements.

In this organisation I was whole and sole responsible for the development of their in-company project.

• Handling the Marketing team for the projects inflow.• Visiting Client locations for project closures.• Handling Server admins and continuous monitoring the Client Websites. • Interact with clients to gather project/application and business requirements.• Collaborate and interact directly with UX designers.• Research and decide the technology stack to be used for developing the web applications.• Write functional requirement documents and specifications.• Develop web application architecture based on requirements.• Creating webpages/layouts based on the design documents like PSD(Photo shop document) or wireframes using standard HTML/CSS practices.• Produce code essential for making the web applications dynamic using different programming or scripting languages.• Ensures the quality of the source code developed by team members, plans and conducts source code reviews.• Mentor the teams in guiding, troubleshooting and provide required trainings in the project• Integrating data in application from various back-end services (APIS) and databases.• Execute integration of third party modules/plugins in the web application based on requirements.• Testing the web applications in different browsers and devices like Desktop,Tablets and Mobiles for consistent behaviour.

Understand executing accessibility and progressive enhancement presentation4. Stick to established coding standards and group procedures individually and in teams5. Plan and estimate projects and reports hours to administration for billing6. Add to engineering team’s culture of high code quality7. Coordinate with Interface Design Architects for meeting accessibility standards at code level8. Create conceptual diagrams, visual mock-ups, and manage detailed user interface specifications9. Conduct usability testing to resolve interface problems10. Engage in requirement specification process for new software functionality11. Ensure design consistency with client’s development standards and guidelines12. Design and build UIs on any server platform in a team environment13. Guide and maintain developer teams and best practices
