Preparing periodic bills for completed and ongoing items, Measurements and valuation of installations and Interior, maintaining a cash flow & Proper documentation, managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner, Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies

Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations and liaising with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
