Make sure I providing them a solution. 5.      Always I tried to look for alternative ways to close the critical cases. 6.      Invented new formats of mail drafts with the own user manuals for all set of processes. HR Business Partner Assistant (Corporate Designation - HCM Support Executive)Core activity:• Assisting in Retail Banking recruitment for Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.• Day begins with a warm welcome call to the candidates.• Sharing a documentation link to the shortlisted candidates on same day.• Supporting in salary discussion and fitment related document collections.• Dealing the candidate queries regarding pre offer, credit check, offer acceptance, TDOJ, pre onboarding, joining formalities and employee insurance. • Following up with candidate over call and mail, if any discrepancy raises and will take help from business or consultancy If require. • Uncleared BGV Red, Yellow, Amber cases getting documents for verification and approval. Will conduct the Telephonic BGV verification.• Doing a welcome onboarding call to the new joiner and assisting them to completing the pre onboarding process on the same day.• Next day of the employee code activation giving joining formality brief introduction and sharing own user manual mails with the candidates.• Assisting the new joiner to complete joining formalities within the TAT and completing 100 percentage JK (joining Kit) cases before Cutoff date. • Clearing HCM checklist cases weekly. Closing the cases within the 15 days of TAT. Extended offer acceptance, past DOJ, Joining formalities, Pre Hire BGV - Amber and red cases, Post Hire BGV (Red/Amber cases) Preparing the rehire formats and getting Yes Bank RL copies for rehire cases to get an approval.
