• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality • Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database • Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence • Proposing improvements to the production process • Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements • Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training • Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

• With guidance from peers & supervision, Review Client's technical documentation and requirements. • Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute in updating Company standards. • Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing. • Assist with the selection of laying spread/methods and perform/review installation design analysis for the pipeline system. • Assist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement department

• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. • Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems. • Manage lifting of all equipment and handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule. • Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work per quality requirements.

• Design the Steel Buildings like pump house Shelters, Pipe Rack Structures for various Refinery Projects. Design the Structures connected with tankages like Vertical Tanks, Cone roof tanks and floating roof tanks • Design for Foundations of various process Equipment such as vertical tanks & vessels, vibrating equipment etc.
