As a Senior Analyst at Cognizant, I work on the Global Operational Excellence team, where I handle the workforce planning tool that helps the company plan its hiring strategy. I also provide regular reports to the leadership on revenue and fulfilment, using Qlik dashboards and Excel models. I have helped create models to forecast headcount for the Americas and Global Growth Markets, using complex data sets and generating key insights.Before joining Cognizant, I spent almost six years at Deloitte, where I gained valuable experience in audit and assurance. I started as a Senior Assistant, where I performed reviews of client financials, transactions, and audit documents, identifying accounting and auditing issues and applying risk assessment and internal control testing. I then became a Senior Analyst, where I coordinated audit activities, supervised the audit team, and assisted with engagement economics. I worked with clients from various industries, such as consumer industrial products and insurance, and delivered high-quality work from the US India office.I completed my PGPM at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, where I am learnt latest concepts and tools in management. I am passionate about data and business reporting, and I have developed advanced skills in Excel modeling, data interpretation, and Qlik.
