I produce design and tender packages in accordance with approved procurement strategies, collaborating closely with design teams and engineering consultants.Monitoring project progress, I implement delay recovery actions to mitigate identified delays and manage the creation of high-level management reports, providing programme analysis, risk control measures, and strategic recommendations.My pivotal role in the Centre of Excellence (COE) involves developing and executing planning procedures that enhance operational effectiveness. I also formulate key procurement, design management, and planning procedures, standardizing forms, and templates to align with company protocols, thus enhancing team compliance and performance.

I spearheaded the design and execution of a sophisticated dashboard framework for project management, which revolutionized our approach by automating the generation of detailed reports.
