System Design Engineer - Oil and Gas sealant systems • Experience in system design as per API 682 Standards for sealant systems for global projects. • Developments of P&ID, PFD, line list, GA drawings, plumbing run drawings and spool drawings etc.• Exposure in system Assembly, Functional knowledge across relations, parametric modelling, top-down design & handling large Assemblies, and Drafting with GD&T. • Calculating and sizing of storage tank, pressure vessels and pipes.• Have hands on work experience in 1. Selection of Valves and instrumentation. 2. Preparation of Instrument list, valve list and line list. 3. Calculation for heat exchanger, pump head and thickness of tank.• Design and development of mobile skids as per API 682 plans for centrifugal pumps.• Development of interconnecting piping for storage tanks and skids.• Resolving the production issues during the skid fabrication in shop floor.• Designing of storage tank and vessel as per ASME section VIII, Division 1, ASME B31.3 and ASME B16.5.• Preparation of datasheets for equipment, valves, pumps and instruments. • Coordination with manufacturing after drawing release for production. • Vendor coordination for quote and selection of valves, instrumentation.• Ordering bill of material using SAP ERP software.• Detailed Engineering including Fabrication and Instrument Hookup drawings.• Creating processes and procedures, documentation and creating a knowledge bank.• Standardization of Design processes to reduce engineering lead times.• To provide technical support during the bidding phase when required
