Started to Develop an Embedded system application for Medical Electronics

Debugging the firmware written for PIC16F886 MCU; Testing and Troubleshooting the PCBs; Circuit design for CO2 monitoring project

Product Development:1. Spectrophotometer-Hardware: Designed circuits and High-speed multilayer PCBs including Ti s 120MHz ARM cortex M4F and 600MHz DLP chipset,Photodiode, Differential ADC,ESP8266,Flash,SDRAM,Li-ion battery2.Firmware in C/C++: ARM CM4F TM4C1297 is coded to control the DLP2010,read ADC values,process it,store in SD card and share through Wi-Fi to mobile.SPI,I2C,UART,LCD,interrupts,Timers,FreeRTOS are used3. Linux OS Using Yocto Project, built a custom Embedded Linux OS for a SBC DragonBoard 410c interfaced with a Touch Screen display to host a GUI that plots and saves the data received serially through the UART4.Windows GUI: Developed a GUI using Python for Windows/Linux PC that can start the data collection process, print and save the serial UART data, plot and compare the received CSV data as a visual line graph5.Android App: Developed an Android app for receiving CSV data through WiFi (from ESP8266), parsing the CSV, plotting, and saving the data on any Android mobile. Worked on a project named FARM BRAIN (IOT based control system for monitoring and controlling the HYDROPONICS farm) Hydroponics is a new age method of farming which uses nutrients needed as the input fertilizer for plants grown in a non-soil based growing system. In hydroponics farming, monitoring and controlling of atmosphere and water parameters are the crucial part. This IOT based project does the same using various sensors, actuators and modules such as BH1750, BME280, DHT22, DS18B20, YFS201, HCSR04, PH and EC sensors, ADS1115, Port expander(MCP23017), H bridge, and Darlington pair , opto couplers etc., They are all interfaced with ESP32, ESP8266 as well as with atmega328p based micro controllers. Obtained knowledge on different IO techniques such as I2C, Interrupt IO, SPI, Analog and digital IO Learnt EEPROM writing and updating and PWM techniques. And learnt the vital hardware selection part for different specifications. Also had an experience of working on Autodesk Eagle and fritzing schematic a Breadboard designing software.
