1. Develop and execute social media content of BEZ Walk, an open-air food district located at Gading Serpong, Tangerang.2. Collaborate with BEZ Walk tenants to create contents for their campaign & promotional activities. Successfully increased reaches by 470% and engagement rate by 341% within four months.3. Maintain good relation with tenants and other externals (Event Organizer, Communities) for the development of upcoming events at BEZ Walk.4. Participate in the upcoming retail-lifestyle project of Paramount, Hampton Square, as a leasing assistant to marketing director: - Prepare a target list of prospective tenants suitable for filling the unit. - Canvass certain area/spaces and attract prospective tenants by inviting them to the site location and for a presentation session. - Assist director in providing the needs for leasing activities, such as preparing presentation materials and setting meeting schedules with clients.

Manage Zenius YouTube channel starting from monitoring & replying comments, organizing playlist for content visibility, to fulfilling other departments' request to upload videos for company objectives.2. Create monthly content plan to organize videos that are going to be published on Zenius YouTube channel.3.
