Flashing the ECU through debugger (Miniwiggler, lauter batch, and Diagnostics) 2. Automation execution using CAPL, VtestStudio, Python. 3. Analyzing the script and creating the defect if any failure. 4. Smoke Test Monkey test package Creation, Over the Air Flashing and Parallel Flashing Establishment.Achievement: 1. We have successfully established Over the Air Flashing for CEIC ECU, first time in India. 2. Automated the Flash Test using CAPL, VtestStudio, and Python, significantly reducing test duration and improving efficiency.

Project: Audi MFK5 – Front camera Module (ADAS project).Designation: V&V EngineerClient: Magna ElectronicsTools: Canoe, PTC, MITE, ODISFeature: Degradation, Mode managementDescription: System testing of Audi’s front camera modules covering the flashing, diagnostics and communication feature, Mode Management and Degradation.Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Requirement analysis of the base features. 2. Creating test case and designing CAPL scripting, Test environment setup. 3. Test case execution manual and automation, defect logging and test reporting to client.Achievement: 1. MITE Automated Testcases successfully converted to CAPL using python.

ABS(Antilock Breaking System) system - I was a part of the system integration team - Sensor Integration.Brake fluid pressure sensor - The hydraulic unit contains a pressure sensor that keeps an eye on the pressure. The pressure sensor is linked to the ECU by the ADC module.Brake sensor - It measures the amount of pressure applied to the brake pedal. The brake pedal is connected to the ECU via the ADC module.
