• Develop prevention programs on Child protection thematic areas (with special focus on child sexual abuse and exploitation) for diverse target groups • Deliver capacity building for the internal team on child rights and child protection thematic areas• Develop funding proposals for diverse donors, including government agencies, Corporate, INGOs and UN agencies. • Networking and partnership building at national and regional level • Building program based partnerships with stakeholders, including national government agencies, NGOs and corporate • Plan, execute and coordinate advocacy activities on advancing child rights and strengthening protection system at national and regional level (South East Asia Region through ASEAN mechanism) • Undertake advocacy activities of Child Rights Coalition Malaysia (national coalition) as the national Secretariat office. • Network with Child Rights Coalition Asia, on regional advocacy programs, initiatives and activities. • Undertake case management on child sexual abuse cases, in coordination with the enforcement agencies. • Reporting and documentation

• Undertake need assessment and due diligence process for initiating Child helpline projects in South India • Initiate Child helpline projects in identified geographical locations in South India, in coordination with the key government agencies • Coordinate and facilitate project implementation by partner organizations in the region, to ensure effectiveness • Undertake and/or provide case management support for the partner organizations on issues such as child abuse, child trafficking, child marriage and child labor. • Deliver capacity building programs for the partners organization teams, on child rights and child protection thematic area • Undertake advocacy activity on strengthening child protection mechanisms through on-going consultations and meetings with government agencies (at District and State level). • Monitoring and Evaluation of program implementation by partner organizations • Provide guidance and mentoring support for the team at Regional office • Reporting and documentation
