Vendor Management.Train and nurture the core team upon which the company has been built.Personally initiated all efforts towards marketing and acquiring the first set of clients, personally handled and supervised prospect trials and successfully converted them to potential business. Undertaken multiple overseas business trips thus far towards client acquisition and strengthening business relationship. Enforce staff and vendors to ensure adherence to quality and turnaround time. Also visited vendor sites both in India and abroad to verify strict compliance to work and business ethics. Involved in quickly resolving employee / vendor issues and also client complaints.Involved in auditing of transcription reports to ensure quality consistency.Ability to manage crisis situations and also equip the entire team to counter such situations, thus preparing them to overcome all production contingencies
