Responsible to maintain n/w KPI within limit as team lead for three MSC in Mumbai, new GSM/CDMA Cell Planning for coverage and capacity improvements, such as Primary/secondary traffic in cell site to improve network performance and Erlang usage for the network with multi carrier/frequency configuration network.Well known about EVDO channelization and KPI, also analysis of data call drop, low speed, Protocol negotiationTo monitor and maintain cell site utilization within optimum utilization levels by timely carrier additions / deletions .Customer complaint resolution in defined SLAs. Carry out comparative drive tests for understanding the competitor’s network. Manage all IBS related activity in Mumbai circle as IBS lead,also to manage team of IBS/DT engineers.
