To maintain network KPI for voice and data (CDMA1X/EVDO) within threshold with the help of MS team.Extensive experience in Radio Network design & optimization for CDMA wireless networks including PN Planning, Antenna Model selection, Candidate Evaluations, Reviewing Construction drawings & Leasing Exhibits, CW test survey & Analysis, Zoning hearings as well as Site Visits. Responsible to provide ICR related update to NHQ on weekly/monthly basis as addition deletion of cell site from ICR regions .Coordinating with vendor RF team for ICR database update in both MTS & TTML ICR network. Responsible for new cell sites planning based on coverage/capacity in Mumbai, MAH,Goa. Cell site planning to cover new towns and DHQ’s in rollout (10%, 50%) as per TARI criteria.

Responsible to maintain n/w KPI within limit as team lead for three MSC in Mumbai, new GSM/CDMA Cell Planning for coverage and capacity improvements, such as Primary/secondary traffic in cell site to improve network performance and Erlang usage for the network with multi carrier/frequency configuration network.Well known about EVDO channelization and KPI, also analysis of data call drop, low speed, Protocol negotiationTo monitor and maintain cell site utilization within optimum utilization levels by timely carrier additions / deletions .Customer complaint resolution in defined SLAs. Carry out comparative drive tests for understanding the competitor’s network. Manage all IBS related activity in Mumbai circle as IBS lead,also to manage team of IBS/DT engineers.

Planning & Optimization of EVDO/CDMA 2000 1x network in Mumbai.

To optimize PBTL CDMA n/w in two city Dhaka and Chitgoan,to conduct DT and provide improvement report to Motorola management.

Responsible for conducting DT and post-processing of drive test data using Actix, Agilent.To analyze reason for CDR,HO fail, overshooting sec,and resolve same with help of team.VSWR testing,BTS power calibration, BTS commissioning & integration, spectrum analysis by Agilent spectrum analyzer.
