Current- Coordinating with L1/L2 System Administrators. Follow-up and Queue Management using Kayako Ticketing System.
- Working with team to manage internal / remote machines for Desktop issues for Windows and Linux Operating systems.
- L3 Support to Internal and External Clients, over phone and email.
- Training teams for improving support skills over phone and emails
- Setting up and Handling Avaya and Asterisk’s phone systems with setting up backups.
- Setup and handed Standalone XEN Servers and a host of operating systems as VMs and managing backups.
