Key Deliverables • Ensure safe working environment in the plant.• Responsible for the driving Productivity, Quality, Inventory , Cost, Delivery, and ensure weekly and monthly targets are met . • Establishing and implementing Quality Management Systems in the plant viz. ISO/EHS/OHSMS. • Implementing World Class Manufacturing Systems like TQM, TPM, Lean, 5S/3M , kaizen , kanban , OEE , across various processes to drive productivity, reduce rejection levels and ensure high quality standards at all stages.• Lead & facilitate Team ( Prod. Quality, Maint. , PPC, Stores, Material Planning ,Purchase, HR) to achieve the Weekly /monthly /Yearly production volume & Value targets. • Capacity planning & expansion as per growth plan & new products induction into lines.• Goal finalization , mid year reviews and annual appraisals and feedback cycle .• Coordinate with Sales , Customer to Make Annual Operating Plan for Complete supply Chain. • Ensure material availability ( Direct and Indirect ) as per requirement .• Supplier management , Rates agreement, payments , inventory control.• OE customer handling for Supplies and quality .
