I was lead player in KNPL's first emulsion plant that was put up in Jainpur. I was key member Augmentation team working closely with McKinsey for Mohali and with AT kearney for Hyderabad. At DRDO, the paint production facility at Naval Dockyard Mumbai and Vizag was revived to meet local marine paint requirement. The augmentation project taken at ICI Rishra helped 3 fold increase in resin production. similar effort carried out at Garware polyester to improve 3 fold increase in productivity with improved quality and reduced waste reduction.I have exposure to full range of paint product be it Decorative, Automotive, Industrial, Marine or specialised magnetic coating etc. I have headed R&D of Decorative Paint for KNPL, Automotive and Industrial paints for ICI and Berger JV BAICL and Video and polyester coating at Garware, besides hands on working on marine projects for DRDO and Industrial and Decorative paints at J&N and Asian Paints. Headed Corporate Quality at KNPL.I was Technical lead for collaboration with Herbert's DuPont, Nippon.
