Handling Quotation/proposals, Invoicing/Renewal Notice, Order Processing, License Agreement, Vender Impalement, Tender, MIS Reporting, Employee Relations & various Operational Activities.Responsibility: • Reconciliation & Maintenance of License Agreement for Corporate, Consortia & Institutions.• Prepare a Budgetary & Qualified Proposal for Consortia i.e. INDEST, INFLIBNET, CSIR, ICMR, DRDO, DeLCON etc. & all Institutions/Universities, Corporate and also update in Saleforce (CRM Software).• Coordinating with publishers for pricing as well as license agreement.• Prepare a consolidated proposal report with conversion ratio. • To raise a renewal notice/invoice to Corporate members, Colleges & Consortia i.e. INDEST, INFLIBNET, ISRO, ICMR, CSIR, DeLCON, DRDO, etc & also create an opportunity in Saleforce (CRM) • Handling Technical Education Quality Improvement Program project (TEQIP) with AICTE Institutions & Vendor Empanelment/Vendor Registration.• To prepare a tender documents for Consortia as well as institutions.• Payments follow up with customer i.e. consortia & updating the same in Salesforce.• To create an opportunity on IEEE Dealer Portal in Salesforce & also send a request for pricing. • To handling direct order processing to publishers i.e.order received/invoice sent/ payment and same status updated in Salesforce.• To generate an outstanding report for consortia in Salesforce & reconcile the same.• To prepare a quotation/proposal/invoice for Knimbus Online Pvt. Ltd. and update the same in Saleforce (CRM)
