CurrentRegions covered: Malaysia, Philippines, India, Singapore, Indonesia ● Responsible for P&L of the accounts managed as well organizing, planning, directing and coordinating overall performance ● Responsible for strategize and shape the delivery management with right set of industry practices, iso standard documentation ● Ensure customer satisfaction and growth in satisfaction index, continuous improvement ● Responsible for effective management of various projects activities and the achievement of business results while ensuring customer and employee satisfaction ● Direct PMO team with PMI structured procedures and documentations, status reporting and Risk management ● Establish overall projects portfolio management strategy and manage project scope, schedule, risks ● Responsible for periodically assessing the project resourcing and ensuring it is in line with proposed deployment and adequate for project requirements ● Assess project risks and ensure timely resolution, chair escalation steering committee meetings with appropriate directions, mitigations ● Direct the delivery team and advising approaches, effective functional requirement control ● Ensuring requirements gathered have complete gap analysis and solution fits end to end ● Ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of contracts and SLAs of solution delivery, support closures ● Promote building of team relationships, team engagement, team coordination, team player ● Evaluate and enhance team productivity, optimum resource utilization on projects ● Continuous improvement of skill development, resource pool management with mix of senior vs juniors
