This includes reconfiguration of the existing tank dyke, relocation of the underground hydrocarbon lines that belong to ExxonMobil and other parties, city sewer lines, and relocation of the railroad tracks, relocation of the power and telephone lines with the new poles, installation of the HC detectors for HC clouds detection in the LPG storage area.Project management for the CCB UPS power upgrade project that involved selection and installation of the UPS without interrupting the day-to-day operation of the refinery. Coordinated live cut over with the operation and IT group.; Project management for Cosmo Loading Rack project for ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel at the Shell Oil Terminal that included engineering, and procurement of engineered equipments.Organic Fuels Managed front end engineering for the; The process was designed to convert any domestic fat and animal fat into BioDiesel. Worked on the P&ID's and air permit requirements with the client and the local environmental agency.

BP/ARCO Carson refinery: (10 years)Project engineering responsibilities: Project management for electrical expansion project, which involved installation of a 13.8kVA Substation (Sub-1M). This project involved de-bottlenecking the power supply for the refinery. The total installed cost for the project was $16.8 million. This project was completed under budget and four weeks ahead of schedule. Project management for instrument reliability project, which involved installation of remote instrument enclosure (RIE) with Honeywell 3000 programmable manager, LCN, FTA's, and marshalling panels. The existing data Hiway was transferred to the new facility. New fiber optic cables were installed from existing data banks to this new RIE facility for the reliability. Coordinated cutover of the existing instruments for crude units and completed task without any incident. The total installed cost was $6.52 million. This project was completed within budget and on schedule.The responsibility included overall project management for installation of a new reactor for the FFHDS unit. This also required coordination for engineering, procurement, and construction. The engineering was done by Fluor Engineering. Worked on various construction bids on the project. The construction was schedule during the unit turnaround with few activities during pre turnaround.Worked as the field construction engineer on the PRT project. This project involved installation of the re-rated PRT and associated large duct system for the #4 Steam Plant. This work was completed ahead of schedule during shutdown. Worked on other capital projects that involved modifications to the existing high pressure hydrogen feed to the Hydrocracker unit, and modification of the existing Prism hydrogen piping system. These projects were required to be completed during FFHDS TAR in October 2004.
