Roles & Responsibilities:-• Design, develop and deliver Automation and B2B campaigns using the SFMC Platform- Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation studio, Journey Builder and Contact Builder.• Work on SQL Query, File Transfer, Data Extract and Importing Data from FTP.• Migrated marketing data from legacy systems to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Trained marketing users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Test, Peer QA, Pre-deployment and Post-deployment of SFMC Campaign.• Coordination of day-to-day email activity, Email building and Segmentation of Audiences and creating Automated campaigns.• Leveraging marketing automation tools, such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio, to orchestrate complex customer interactions and automate repetitive tasks.• Leverage AMPScript for dynamic content DE and Personalization in emails and A/B Testing.• Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud Email tracking and reporting capabilities. • Update and maintain Relational Data Model.• Create different Data extensions and associate them to different campaigns.• Integrating Marketing Cloud Connect with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, to create a unified customer experience.• REST API for integrating with external systems.• Basic Knowledge of Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio, SSJS and Data Cloud.• Develop different Email templates by using AMPScript and Content block.• Used Automation Studio for performing actions such as Imports, Extracts and SQL query.
