Inbound Activities:~In the capacity of product owner responsible for defining requirements, backlog grooming, release and sprint planning~Design wireframes, UI mockups, conceptual models for product requirements~Work with engineering teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and that they understand the big picture.~Perform SME and solution completeness testing~Review functional and system administration user guides~Present show and tell sessions/ product trainings to internal stakeholders and partnersOutbound Activities:~Competitor and market research to create strategies for customer segmentation, product development, marketing and pricing.~Consult with internal professional services and partners to ensure optimal deployment of solutions.~Work with customer end users to provide best practices and gain feedback on customer adoption and pain-points.~Work with Product Marketing to create collaterals around product messaging, business value calculators, competitor analysis.~Analyze usage pattern and adoption data to help prioritize product requirements.
